Lead marketing end-to-end as fractional CMO for a Web3 game and its token — from market entry through launch, player growth and monetisation. Exchange listing, DEX launch, live ops, app-store visibility and an IAP model that actually converts.
Ran the full go-to-market: secured the CEX listing (Bitmart) and DEX launch (Raydium), drove community growth and live-ops events, and built App Store / Play Store visibility through Custom Product Pages and Apple Search Ads. Designed and deployed the in-app purchase and monetisation strategy, and stood up an AI content pipeline using Higgsfield and Grok to scale creative output. When a token security incident hit, managed the liquidity response and steered the project through without losing the community.
A successful CEX and DEX launch generating millions in daily trading volume, investment secured, and sustained organic install growth from both app stores. Navigated a live security and liquidity event and came out stable — with a resilient, growing player base.
